We believe that as long as your home is impeccably clean and your furniture is styled so as to maximise the feeling of space and light in your home that a high sale price can be achieved to its full potential without having to spend thousands of dollars on rented furniture.
Wherever you are on the Northern Beaches (from Palm Beach to Newport and Avalon, Manly to Collaroy) we will come to you at your convenience to discuss your property styling needs.
How do I prepare for a consultation?
We will arrange a mutually agreeable time to come and see you to determine your needs and make recommendations for preparing your home. After this appointment we can send you a written client assessment confirming our discussions.
How much will it cost?
Our initial consultation service is offered at $250 for our time and is payable at the time of consultation. Should you decide to book our Home Package then this amount ($250) will be fully deducted from our final invoice.
A complete Home Package will vary upon the size and condition of your property and the time required to complete the job. This service usually takes 1-2 days to complete and a total price for this package can be quoted after the initial consult.
Additional services including purchasing and moving boxes, storage, rubbish removal, professional window cleaning, repairs,
landscaping and garden maintenance are payable by the client. All additional services must be authorised by the client before they can be arranged by us.
What Can I Expect?
After the initial consultation we will provide you with an action plan. Once you authorise the plan we will get started. Our home package typically includes cleaning and de-cluttering and restyling the home. It may also include managing external trades (eg window cleaners) and buying extra items needed to add flair to key areas in the house.
What are your payment terms?
Payment for each booked session must be made on the day of service delivery unless prior arrangements have been made.
Payment can be made in cash, cheque or through direct deposit.
